Terms of Service for Tipsy Tints Insta Nail

Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, etc.

Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to your order total based on your shipping address. Any shipping fee collected by Tipsy Tints Insta Nail DOES NOT include any customs/duty tax incurred by incoming postal country. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.

Shipping: We ship to the United States and Canada. (All Canadian orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties, and customs. When you place an order with Tipsy Tints Insta Nail, you authorize our customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are charged to your order at checkout.) Shipping times and costs vary based on location and order size. 

Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. 

Returns and Refunds: Because our products are meticulously handmade and designed to be applied directly to your natural nails, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been received, particularly for minor imperfections, sizing discrepancies, or if the product has been used. We kindly ask that you carefully choose the correct size and style that suits you best before placing your order. 

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Tipsy Tints Insta Nail or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission. 

You agree not to:
